We take care to present accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website. However:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.
- We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
- Colours displayed on screen may differ from actual product colours due to monitor calibration.

5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on aeneti.com are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Afterpay
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
Payment is processed securely via third-party payment providers. aéneti does not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5.3 Afterpay
Afterpay is offered as a buy now, pay later option. Your use of Afterpay is governed by Afterpay's own terms and conditions, available at afterpay.com. aéneti is not responsible for any fees, interest, or consequences arising from your use of Afterpay.
5.4 Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, aéneti reserves the right to cancel orders placed at that price — but only before the order has been dispatched. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund where payment has been taken. Once your order is dispatched, it will be honoured at the price you paid.
6. Orders
6.1 Order Confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
6.2 Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders
aéneti reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order where we reasonably suspect:
- fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorised activity;
- a pricing or product description error (subject to clause 5.4);
- the order is placed for commercial resale without our prior written consent; or
- stock is unavailable or the order cannot otherwise be fulfilled.
Where an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6.3 Promotional Codes
From time to time, aéneti may offer promotional discount codes. Discount codes:
- are subject to any specific terms communicated at the time of issue;
- may have expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, or product exclusions;
- are single-use unless otherwise stated and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied retrospectively;
- cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted; and
- have no cash value.
aéneti reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without notice.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at aeneti.com.
Risk of loss in products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the matter — please contact us at hello@aeneti.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at aeneti.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your right to a remedy for products that fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you have under the ACL or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aéneti's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website or the purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
aéneti is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
- loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
- losses arising from your reliance on information on this website; or
- losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL or any other applicable Australian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Product Use and Safety
By purchasing and using our products, you agree to:
- read all product instructions and safety information before use;
- use the product only as directed and for its intended purpose; and
- discontinue use and contact us if the product behaves unexpectedly.
The aéneti Flow contains a lithium polymer battery. Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or expose the device to extreme heat or moisture beyond its stated IP rating. Damage caused by misuse does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for product defects.
12. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, trade marks, logos, product names, website design, copy, and visual content associated with aéneti are the intellectual property of aéneti or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any aéneti brand assets or website content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may constitute trade mark infringement or breach of copyright under Australian law.
The aéneti Flow is manufactured by a third-party supplier. Product design IP rights are held by the relevant manufacturer. aéneti makes no representations regarding third-party IP beyond what is expressly stated.
13. User-Generated Content — Product Reviews
We may invite you to submit product reviews on aeneti.com. By submitting a review, you:
- confirm the content is honest, accurate, and based on your genuine experience;
- grant aéneti a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display your review on our website and in our marketing materials;
- confirm you hold all rights to the content submitted and that it does not infringe any third-party rights; and
- agree not to submit content that is defamatory, offensive, misleading, or in violation of any applicable law.
aéneti reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review that violates these terms, without notice.

19. Relationship with Shopify
aéneti's online store is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases made on aeneti.com are made directly with aéneti.
By using this website, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and aéneti, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with aéneti.
