We want you to feel completely confident in your aéneti Bidet. Take 60 days to try it, and if it’s not quite right for you, you can return it for a refund.

How to return your aéneti Bidet

  1. Contact us at hello@aeneti.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. Receive your return instructions from our team.
  3. Send your aéneti Bidet back within 14 days of receiving those instructions, using a tracked delivery service.

Return postage is your responsibility.

For returns under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, your aéneti Bidet must be returned with all components and the original retail box, and in a condition that reflects normal use while deciding whether it's right for you.

Original delivery charges are not refundable.

Your refund

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds in your account.

We’re unable to provide a refund under the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee if:

  • the aéneti Bidet is returned more than 14 days after we provide the return instructions;
  • components are missing; or
  • the product arrives damaged beyond what would reasonably be expected from trying the product.

The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is available once per customer and applies to the unit originally purchased, not replacement units.

Damaged or faulty products

If your aéneti Bidet arrives damaged, is defective or develops a fault, please contact hello@aeneti.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

We'll assess the issue and work with you on the appropriate solution.

Australian Consumer Law

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.

If your aéneti Bidet has a problem covered by the consumer guarantees under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
