Refund policy
At aéneti, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy sets out your rights and our obligations if something goes wrong with your purchase.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, we will make it right. To be eligible:
– Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
– Email hello@aeneti.com with your order number and a clear description of the fault
– Include photos or a short video demonstrating the issue
Once your claim is assessed and approved:
– We will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping
– A replacement unit will be dispatched to you at no cost
– If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
How to Make a Claim
Email us at hello@aeneti.com with the subject line 'Product Issue – [Your Order Number]'. Include the following:
– Your full name and order number
– A description of the issue
– Photos or video of the fault
We aim to respond to all claims within 2 business days.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review all product information carefully before purchasing.

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
