Using the Flow

Fill the Flow with clean water, press the button, and direct the stream where you need it.

The Flow offers three pressure modes (gentle, deep, pulse) to deliver up to 60 seconds of cleaning per cycle. You can cycle through the modes by pressing the button.

The first use takes a moment to find your angle, but most women are comfortable by their second or third try.

We include a quick-start guide in the box, and the controls are intentionally simple — one button, three pressure modes.

A full resevoir delivers a complete clean and one cycle is typically enough. You can refill quickly from the bathroom tap if you need a second pass.

The angled nozzle is designed to work whether you're seated on the toilet or standing.

We recommend using while seated so that the water drains into the toilet.

Clean tap water is ideal. We don't recommend adding soap, oils, or any other product to the tank.

Water alone is what makes this gentle and safe for sensitive areas.

Hygiene & Safety

Yes, the Flow uses water alone - no soaps, no fragrances, no chemicals.

Water is the gentlest way to clean intimate areas, and many women find it noticeably better tolerated than wipes.

Body-safe, non-toxic, hypoallergenic ABS plastic with a silicone cap.

Empty the reservoir after each use and wipe or air-dry. Then run the bidet for a few seconds to clear any water in the nozzle.

If using after a period of storage, fill the tank with clean water and run a full cycle to flush the nozzle.

We don't recommend it. The Flow is a personal hygiene product, much like a toothbrush — best kept to one user.

Many women find traditional methods uncomfortable on heavier days, and the Flow offers a gentler, more thorough clean. Use it as often as you'd like.

Yes. Many women use the Flow as part of their post-intimacy routine for the same reasons they use it during their period — comfort, cleanliness, and discretion.

Battery & Travel

Approximately 100 uses on a one-hour charge. For most women, that's several weeks of regular use between charges.

Via USB-C. You can charge it from any standard USB power source — a laptop, a phone charger, a power bank, or a wall adapter. We don't include a wall plug in the box, since most households have several already.

If you charge the Flow fully and store it, expect it to retain most of its charge for several months.

If you're packing it for a long trip, top it up before you leave.

Yes. The Flow's lithium-ion battery is rated at 1.665 Wh — well below the 100 Wh threshold set by international aviation authorities, and a fraction of the energy in a typical phone or laptop.

Pack it in your carry-on rather than checked baggage, as is standard for all lithium-ion devices.

The Flow is IPX6 waterproof which means it's protected against powerful water jets from any direction — more than enough for normal use, refilling, and rinsing.

We recommend against fully submerging it during cleaning.

The Flow is available for Australian customers only at this stage.

Standard shipping arrives within 3–7 business days. Express shipping arrives within 1–3 business days.

Both options are available at checkout, and you'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.

Returns & Warranty

For full details, see our Returns Policy. In short: if something's wrong with your Flow, we'll make it right.

For change-of-mind returns, we have a clear process — most issues are resolved within a few days of you reaching out.

Yes. Every Flow is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

If something fails through normal use within that period, contact us at hello@aeneti.com.au and we'll arrange a replacement.

Email hello@aeneti.com.au with your order number and a short description of the issue.

We'll diagnose the problem and either troubleshoot, replace, or refund — whichever is appropriate.

For hygiene reasons, used Flows can't be resold, so we handle change-of-mind returns differently from faulty products.

Full details are in our Returns Policy. If your Flow has a defect, that's covered regardless of use.
