Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.

  • PO Box delivery is available via Australia Post
  • If no one is available to receive your order, Australia Post will leave a card and hold the parcel at your local post office for collection

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@aeneti.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging if your order arrives damaged — this may be required for an Australia Post claim.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
